QUESTIONNAIRE: We start with a short consultation of your current sleep life: Your sleeping patterns, any health issues, sleeping arrangement, etc. Understanding you better helps us make "bedder" recommendations.
PRESSURE MAPPING: We will then evaluate what type of comfort best suits your personal body shape and size using a pressure-mapping system that will accurately identify where your body needs most pressure-relief.
EDUCATION: As certified sleep science consultants, we provide you with a brief introduction into bedding products, sleep hygiene and how to optimize your sleep.
SLEEP SYSTEM PAIRING: With an understanding of your unique needs and comfort requirements, we guide you through the selection process which includes pairing the proper mattress with the right pillow, adjusting your sleep position with a power base and complimenting the system with sheets designed to optimize your comfort.
ONGOING SUPPORT: Great sleep is a journey, not a destination. As such, we continue to serve our customers through a wide variety of support efforts, education, products and more.
